Job summary

AdventHealth in Manchester, KY is seeking a Materials Handler to support inventory, receiving, and replenishment in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will coordinate deliveries, maintain accurate par levels, and work closely with clinical departments to ensure timely, organized supply flows.

The role requires basic math, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. A 1+ year background in supply chain or customer service is preferred; join a mission-driven

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in supply chain or customer service.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
• Must communicate clearly in English and use a computer (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data updates for product conversions and par location layouts.
• Inspect deliveries and ensure accuracy against packing slips and locations.
• Complete replenishment, picking and receiving in the computer system.
• Tag capital equipment on receipt and inform purchasing as needed.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies related to POs and prepare items for return.
• Deliver supplies and packages to designated locations; maintain accurate records.
• Maintain par levels, stock locations, and conduct daily inventories.
• Build relationships with clinical departments to support inventory management.

Job Description

• Other duties as assigned.
• Assists with updating data associated with product conversions, and participates in the design or maintenance of par location item layout.
• Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations.

• Ensures par areas are orderly, properly tagged, and sufficiently stocked.
• Disburses materials to various facility locations according to established routes and schedules.
• Maintains warehouse and other assigned areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
