Job summary

Vega Consulting Solutions, Inc. is hiring an SAP Supply Chain Consultant to lead a multi-year SAP S/4HANA business transformation.

The role coordinates initiatives across Business Owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party partners, with a focus on end-to-end Supply Chain capabilities. The successful candidate will bring extensive project/program management experience, strong collaboration across functions, and a proven ability to manage dependencies and readiness risks for enterprise SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years project/program management experience with 3–5 years supporting SAP ERP transformations focusing on supply chain.
• Experience with business leaders, IT teams and system integrators.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a portfolio of SAP S/4HANA initiatives across Business Owners, SAP/IT teams, and partners.
• Focus on end-to-end Supply Chain capabilities within a multi-year transformation.
• Manage readiness risks and governance artifacts to maintain a single trusted source of truth.

The selected candidate will supports a multi-year, enterprise SAP S/4HANA business transformation by coordinating a portfolio of initiatives across Business Owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party partners. This role focuses on end-to-end Supply Chain capabilities.

Job Description

• Bachelor s degree required
• 8+ years project/program management experience, including 3 5 years supporting SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) transformations with focus on Supply Chain
• Experience working with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and readiness risks
• Direct experience supporting Supply Chain business processes in an SAP environment.
