Qualifications

8+ years project/program management experience.
3–5 years supporting SAP ERP transformations with focus on Supply Chain.
Experience working with business leaders, IT teams, and system integrators.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and readiness risks.

Responsibilities

Maintain the transformation portfolio plan covering Business readiness projects.
Coordinate SAP activities including sequencing, milestones, and risks for Supply Chain.
Support intake, prioritization, and scope governance aligned to transformation strategy.
Ensure initiatives comply with governance, stage gates, and decision frameworks.
Prepare executive-ready materials for Steering Committees and portfolio reviews.
Engage with Business Owners and Process Owners to define objectives and success measures.
Coordinate with SAP, Data, and IT teams to align priorities and delivery plans.
Track risks, dependencies, and value realization across the portfolio.
