Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to coordinate material readiness, supply planning, and capacity execution for cloud service provider accounts. You will work with Sourcing and NPI teams to maintain production schedules and lead a team of supply chain professionals.

The role emphasizes data center hardware knowledge, analytical rigour, and driving KPI-driven improvements across global manufacturing sites while optimizing inventory and capacity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain planning, material management, or program management in data center hardware or electronics manufacturing.
• Understanding of server hardware infrastructure components (GPUs, CPUs, memory, networking switches).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and ERP systems; ability to drive results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Material readiness and CTB tracking for Configure-to-Rack operations, resolving shortages early.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing to track component allocations against demand forecasts.
• Coordinate NPI to MP handoffs and ensure material readiness for mass production.
• Monitor build plans and factory capacity across global sites; manage buffer stock to meet demand.
• Serve as primary point of contact for component constraints and resolve daily disruptions.
• Maintain supply chain metrics, dashboards, and inventory velocity reports for leadership.
