Jobtailor in the United States, Illinois, is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Supply Chain Digital Orchestration and Automation capabilities. You will collaborate with engineering, logistics, and support to align priorities with business objectives and define success through KPIs.

In this role you will work with Product Owner to shape a living roadmap, document use cases, and drive adoption across global teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, or 5+ years in a related field.
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems (SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, MES, etc.).
  • Experience with Automation systems integration (Dematic, E80 and/or Wapiti).
  • Experience with product life cycle management, especially with product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
  • Experience managing stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, influence, collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Desire and ability to crystallize and diagnose problems through cross-functional collaboration and troubleshooting.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized.
  • Prior experience working for a global, highly matrixed, Consumer Packaged Goods company (preferred).
  • Experience with API architecture, middleware, or integration platforms (preferred).
  • Experience working with teams organized around Agile ways of working (preferred).
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, market analysis, and other forms of research (preferred).
  • Experience identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure value at a large scale (preferred).
  • Familiarity with uncovering and championing high value use cases for data (preferred).
  • Familiarity with database structure (systems and data) (preferred).
  • Experience solving business problems with technology solutions (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Understand NA Supply Chain objectives and user needs, pain points, and priorities.
  • Document use cases and user experience through User Personas, Use Cases, and Case Studies.
  • Manage stakeholders across requests, adoption, requirements gathering, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Represent Enterprise Supply Chain and Global Product Teams with overlapping use cases.
  • Drive adoption through user feedback sessions, training support, and an adoption roadmap.
  • Develop and manage communication channels and stakeholder groups; identify potential demand and drive business cases.
  • Anticipate customer/user needs, enhance the product, and create retirement and transition plans.
