Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned supply chain professional to lead end-to-end planning and optimize ERP/Power BI integration. You will work across global teams to address shortages, production escalations, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of supply chain management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve shortages, cross-plant issues, and delays within the end-to-end supply chain.
• Develop contingency action plans for potential supply chain disruptions.
• Communicate risks, tradeoffs, scenarios, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Represent the Global Supply Planning team during operations planning, daily production escalations, senior leadership report-outs, and working sessions.
• Manage and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify improvement areas.
• Enhance ERP settings and partner with the Center of Excellence on Power BI.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain detailed supply chain performance reports.
• Collaborate across departments to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Work on a global team and leverage best practices for personal and team development.

Requirements

• 5-7 years' supply chain management experience
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Distribution
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and/or Access
• Experience developing or operating in complex databases
• Ability to analyze data and turn data into information and action
• Ability to apply statistical methods to supply chain and inventory-related concepts, including SPC, Mean Average Deviation, and Standard Deviation
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP MRP/ERP required
• Ability to influence and drive accountability across peers and lead cross-functional teams
• Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills related to complex supply chain models and characteristics
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Excellent decision-making ability
• APICS certification a strong plus
