Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Principal/Lead Product Manager for Core Procurement to drive end-to-end strategy, roadmaps, and AI-enabled purchasing experiences across enterprise systems.

You will mentor PMs, coordinate across Engineering, UX, Data Science, and GTM teams, and present roadmaps to executives, while advancing spend analytics and supplier-risk initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software Product Management experience.
• Proven track record operating at a Principal, Lead, or Group PM level within B2B SaaS.
• Fluency in global enterprise procurement lifecycles, financial compliance, spend controls, ERP's, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Core Procurement, including requisitions, POs, approvals, and receiving.
• Drive the transition from manual, forms-based workflows to AI-assisted, intent-driven purchasing experiences.
• Partner with the AI Center of Excellence and Data teams to integrate intelligent features into transactional workflows.
• Reimagine enterprise spend-data experiences through embedded analytics dashboards and predictive models.
• Help CPOs and finance leaders forecast spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate supplier risk in real time.
• Make high-stakes architectural trade-off decisions with Principal Architects.
• Ensure calculation engines, data pipelines, and analytics frameworks are scalable, performant, and future-proof.
• Align distributed Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Mentor Senior and Mid-level Product Managers.
• Lead customer empathy interviews, validate analytics use cases, and present roadmap visions at executive briefings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise software Product Management experience
• Proven track record operating at a Principal, Lead, or Group PM level within B2B SaaS
• Absolute fluency in global enterprise procurement lifecycles, financial compliance, spend controls, ERP's, and supply chain operations
• Demonstrable experience bringing Machine Learning, Generative AI, or advanced Data Analytics products to market
• Deep understanding of predictive models, recommendation engines, and embedded BI dashboards
• Comfort with large-scale data architectures, API integrations, technical constraints, and complex algorithmic logic
• Proven ability to influence global, cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders without direct reporting authority
