Job summary

Merz North America, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Wisconsin to manage raw materials, components, and ERP/MRP data, ensuring on-time production for our contract manufacturers and our Wisconsin facility.

You will forecast demand, optimize inventory, and coordinate with Sales, Production, and Purchasing to balance customer needs with cost efficiency.

A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in supply planning are required; strong MS Office and ERP/MRP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business.
• 2+ years of work experience in supply chain planning or related role.
• Experience interacting cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans for raw materials, chemicals, and components to meet finished goods demand.
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP master data and support new product launches with cross-functional partners.
• Identify risks, shortages, and optimize inventory levels to minimize backorders and excess stock.
• Adhere to established procedures and collaborate with multiple functions to achieve supply chain objectives.
