Merz Aesthetics in Wisconsin seeks a Supply Planner to develop and maintain material plans for raw materials, chemicals and components. You will monitor forecasts, demand, and lead times to keep inventories balanced while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.

The role requires at least 2+ years in supply planning, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities within a global aesthetics leader.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, or related fields.
Experience in supply chain planning and/or demand planning.
2+ years of relevant work experience.
Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, etc.

Mansioni

Develop and maintains supply plans for raw materials, chemicals and components required to make finished goods at contract manufacturers, using established planning procedures, parameters, and guidelines.
Monitor and review forecasts, sales trends, customer demand, production requirements, lead times to ensure adequate inventory is available to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventories.
Escalates non-routine supply risks, significant shortages, or issues requiring exceptions to established processes to the Manager, Supply Chain Planning, with relevant analysis and recommended options.
Support maintain accurate ERP/MRP master data and coordinate material and vendor setup activities for new product launches with cross-functional partners.
