Job summary

Merz, a leading global aesthetics company, seeks a Supply Chain Associate Manager, Materials in Racine, WI. Hybrid role focusing on local supply and inventory planning for raw materials and components used at contract manufacturers and our Wisconsin facility.

The role coordinates with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure timely availability, manage replenishment, and optimize inventory while controlling costs. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in supply chain are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience or equivalent.
• Ability to interact cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, etc.
• Experience with purchasing, supplier management, demand planning and/or supply planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans for raw materials, chemicals and components.
• Monitor forecasts, demand, and lead times to minimize excess and shortages.
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP master data and support new product launches.
• Identify risks and communicate supply concerns to leadership; optimize inventory.
