Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Bradenton, FL to manage replenishment planning for short-shelf-life products. You will help ensure freshness, availability, and cost control across the North American network, coordinating rail and truck moves and optimizing transport modes with data-driven tools.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in planning, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and experience with SAP S/4 and IBP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Supply Chain Planning or execution in CPG or Food & Beverage.
• Experience planning for short shelf-life products (e.g., fresh juice, dairy, produce).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4; SAP-IBP a strong plus.
• Experience with truck and/or rail load optimization to maximize freight efficiency and product freshness.
• Familiarity with MP, MRP, DRP, Customer Logistics, or 3PL operations.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; AI experience is a plus.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Bradenton, FL area or willing to relocate.
• Willingness to work in a blended environment (3 days in office).

Responsibilities

• Finished Goods deployment, coordinating rail & truck transport to multiple distribution centers; support deployment execution.
• Schedule and maintain inventory levels for assigned distribution centers/BU items.
• Create product transfer loads and coordinate with DC and Transportation management to maximize loading efficiencies.
• Balance operational & logistics costs to optimize deployment.
• Support objectives like fill rate, waste reduction, transport mode objectives, and on-time delivery.
• Review schedules daily to meet deployment and production deadlines.
• Leverage SAP planning tools with reports and dashboards.
