Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Logistics professional to support the FC Blending team in Bradenton, FL. The role involves safely operating juice processing equipment and maintaining schedules to meet production standards.

Responsibilities include quality checks, equipment maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive production goals while upholding Tropicana values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate HMI on filling system and other equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret filling schedules.
• Ability to operate complex machinery to meet production goals.
• Understand GMP standards and quality assurance.
• Recognize unsafe conditions and take corrective actions.
• Proficient with basic computer functions: MS Office, SAP, Outlook.
• Willingness to work overtime and rotate shifts; train others.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain juice processing equipment to meet production schedules.
• Perform quality checks on ingredients, labeling, and products.
• Conduct equipment maintenance and lubrication to ensure peak performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues using focused improvement tools.
• Support TPM activities and participate in safety and TPM pillars.
• Maintain 5S standards and track material counts.
• Collaborate across functions to drive production goals.
