Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support customer delivery operations, materials planning, and logistics coordination. You will ensure the efficient flow of materials and information between customers, production, and external supply centers to maintain reliable deliveries.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on reducing costs while improving supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in supply chain operations, production planning, materials management, logistics, or customer order fulfillment.
• Understanding of inventory management, production scheduling, and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing customer and production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Customer Order Management & Production Coordination: Manage and coordinate customer orders, production requirements, and delivery schedules for timely fulfillment.
• Create, adjust, and monitor production orders and material call-offs based on demand, capacity, and resources.
• Collaborate with production teams to align schedules with customer requirements and deliveries.
• Identify potential supply disruptions and implement proactive solutions to maintain delivery reliability.
