Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support customer delivery operations, materials planning, and logistics coordination. You will ensure the smooth flow of materials between customers, production, and external supply centers, while optimizing inventory levels and processes to balance reliability and cost.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with collaboration across multiple functions to meet delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supply chain operations, production planning, materials management, logistics, or order fulfillment.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office apps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer orders, production requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Monitor finished goods inventory and optimize stock coverage to minimize shortages and costs.
• Track delivery schedules and coordinate corrective actions to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain master data and support EDI/Web EDI implementations to improve data flow.
• Collaborate across manufacturing, logistics, and IT to drive process improvements.
