Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Role Overview: The Supply Chain Planner manages demand and supply planning to ensure timely inventory delivery for college football and NFL sidelines, including the Super Bowl. Responsibilities include optimizing inventory levels, minimizing costs, and providing excellent stakeholder service.

Responsibilities

1. Facilitate Demand Planning activities
2. Manage Sales & Operations Planning process
3. Analyze sales data, POS trends, and understand calendars to develop and present S&OP plans
4. Utilize forecasting tools, review plans, and align SKUs in SAP
5. Review forecast impacts on capacity and collaborate with global teams
6. Manage inventory using key metrics and safety stock levels
7. Coordinate with category managers, sourcing, production, and sales to ensure demand accuracy
8. Oversee global programs demand analysis and reporting
9. Plan and purchase globally sourced stock and manage related activities
10. Handle subcontracted heat seal manufacturing orders
11. Interact with various departments and report on KPIs
12. Improve system processes and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related; MS or MBA preferred
• 3-5 years in inventory or supply chain roles
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
