3PL Hub Inc. in Lake Orion, MI is seeking a Supply Chain Ops Associate to support our General Motors LLP accounts and ensure on-time material delivery.

You will coordinate with suppliers, track inventory in MGO, manage shipments, and help optimize production support while working on a schedule that covers early shifts.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year administrative experience and 1+ year relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MGO (GM's MRP system) and transportation management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up all purchased parts to ensure shipment and on-time delivery.
• Serve as main point of contact for all suppliers and manage ship schedules.
• Track critical parts and develop containment plans to avoid production interruptions.
• Coordinate alternative sources of material and spot buys if necessary.
• Monitor and arrange truck loads for material pickup to support the schedule.
• Review part buffers and manage code exceptions; determine root cause and actions.
• Maintain inventory levels in MGO and post adjustments after investigations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
