Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. in Reno, Nevada is seeking interns to join the Supply Chain team.

This hands-on internship provides exposure to inventory management, logistics, and cross-functional partnerships that keep products moving to customers. Interns will rotate through distribution center operations, assist daily workflows, track KPIs like safety and productivity, and develop problem-solving and communication skills alongside site leaders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate (rising junior or senior) or graduate student in a business-related field or engineering/analytics.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 and strong analytical abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication across levels of the organization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and learn on the job.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support daily distribution center operations and rotations with the team.
• Help lead, motivate and influence teammates to drive productivity while prioritizing safety.
• Learn problem solving, team leadership, and real-time observations during the internship.
• Collaborate with leaders to understand and improve processes and performance.
• Participate in ongoing development opportunities and contribute new ideas.
