Qualifikationen

• Undergrad or grad student pursuing Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 3.2 GPA or higher.
• Solid analytical skills and self-motivated.
• Effective communication across levels of the organization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to learn with hands-on experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Aufgaben

• Summer program at Foot Locker’s Distribution Centers with team collaboration.
• Assist daily operations, lead and influence a team.
• Learn problem solving, leadership, and safety practices while driving productivity.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to internship rotations.
• Participate in daily meetings and communicate aligned priorities.
• Support KPI tracking for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Provide ideas and recommendations for process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
