Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems in Harvard, MA is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator for first shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00 am–6:30 pm). You will support warehouse logistics, maintain inventory integrity, and ensure safe, efficient operations across loading docks and storage areas.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in inventory control or shipping/receiving, plus 2+ years ERP experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years combined experience in Inventory Control or Shipping and Receiving.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in ERP functionality.
• Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Proficient with MS Office and G-Suite.
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies for logistics operations.
• Monitor inventory integrity and resolve issues promptly.
• Keep loading dock and warehouse safe and organized.
• Receive and verify purchase orders and stock items.
• Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts; report findings.
• Respond to internal inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Identify non-conforming parts and quarantine damaged products with QA/QC guidance.
• Assist in maintaining MSDS for incoming materials.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliant storage and shipping.
