Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in Inventory Control or Shipping and Receiving.
• Minimum 2 years of ERP experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies for logistics operations.
• Monitor inventory integrity and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage loading dock and warehouse safety procedures.
• Receive and verify purchase orders; stock items accordingly.
• Perform physical inventories and cycle counts; report results.
• Respond to internal inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Track KPIs and report non-conforming parts with QA/QC guidance.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
