Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support warehouse and materials management. The role focuses on timely shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to meet company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in inventory control or shipping/receiving, 2+ years in ERP systems, and strong organizational skills. Shift is third, 9:30 pm–6:00 am, with a 15% differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years combined experience in Inventory Control or Shipping and Receiving.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in ERP functionality (required).
• Exceptional understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and G‑Suite applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical tasks safely.
• Demonstrate organization and accuracy under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies for logistics functions.
• Monitor and control inventory integrity; resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain loading dock, warehouse safety and cleanliness.
• Receive and verify purchase orders; stock items accordingly.
• Perform physical inventories, cycle counts, audits, and report findings.
• Respond to internal inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Track and report KPIs; identify non-conforming/damaged parts.
• Assist in MSDS maintenance for incoming materials.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Support leadership with tasks as needed.
