Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Role: As the Supply Chain Operations Project Manager, you will ensure the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of processes needed for the Quality Management System. You’ll promote awareness of customer requirements and have the organizational freedom to resolve matters pertaining to quality, helping us maintain superior levels of product/service conformity.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive key quality, inventory, and other critical metrics across the site using continuous improvement tools and processes.
  • Coordinate work instructions with supervisors and associates; lead safety and efficiency initiatives.
  • Manage training schedules and ensure compliance with training requirements.
  • Develop specifications for system developments and enhancements.
  • Research client needs, develop proposals, and present solutions.
  • Serve as project manager for system implementations and upgrades, providing ongoing support.
  • Support implementations with documented plans, system configuration, user training, and post-implementation support.
  • Perform process and data modeling, generate project ideas, and implement departmental changes.
  • Maintain warehouse management system processes to ensure accurate documentation and outcomes.
Qualifications:

Minimum requirements:

  • 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience leading value stream assessments and Lean improvement events (Kaizen events)
  • 25-50% travel required

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience with statistical software, process mapping/modeling, and prediction tools (e.g., Crystal Ball)
  • Distribution and e-commerce experience with continuous process improvement methodologies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented, organized, and able to handle ambiguity
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills
