Job summary

IntePros is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to join a medical device manufacturing client in Tempe, AZ. You will lead the Customer Support team, handle contract reviews and sales orders, and drive customer communication globally.

You will also own Raw Materials planning to support production, manage RM replenishment for West sites, hit inventory targets, and work with suppliers to secure capacity and optimize ERP/MRP processes in SAP. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of production/industrial experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience with ERP systems and lean manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Support team and oversee customer communications globally.
• Oversee contract reviews and order confirmations to secure approvals and sales.
• Develop long-term supply/delivery plans with key customers for strategic programs.
• Ensure SAP data accuracy and alignment with business targets with Global SC team.
• Manage RM supply planning and production demand, including ERP inventory.
• Maintain and review MRP reports to meet commercial and production needs.
• Set safety stock levels aligned with production plan and financial targets.
• Coordinate shipments and incoterms with logistics teams.
• Achieve KPIs such as OTIF, costs, and budgets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transfer materials between sites.
• Act as focal point for RM replenishment with suppliers.
• Travel 20% to support operations (up to 52 days/year).
