Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supply and Production Planning: Manage inventory of raw materials, components, and finished goods, schedule manufacturing production, and collaborate with commercial teams based on demand forecasts and capacity plans.
• Strategic Sourcing: Conduct supplier selection, negotiate contracts, manage projects, and build relationships with vendors for all purchased items.
• Operations Leadership: Supervise direct line employees within manufacturing or distribution center environments to ensure timely, efficient and safe workload completion.
• Global Logistics: Coordinate movement of products globally, focusing on warehouse operations and customer logistics.
• Quality and Strategy: Ensure product and supplier quality through metrics and analytical approaches, lead productivity/cost-reduction initiatives.
