Job summary

Charter Manufacturing is launching a Rotational Analyst program for May 2027 graduates, offering a two to three-year track through three 10-month rotations. Participants will explore Procurement, Planning, Transportation, and Transformation, with onboarding in person and potential short-term relocations to neighboring facilities.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field, a strong GPA, and internship experience, plus teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Supply Chain or general business internship or related experience.
• Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two to three-year rotational program with three rotations of roughly 10 months each.
• Gain exposure to Procurement, Supply & Demand Planning, Transportation, and Supply Chain Transformation.
• Relocate as needed to support program needs and on-site onboarding.

Charter Manufacturing is now hiring Supply Chain Analysts into the Rotational Program for May 2027 Graduates!
The Supply Chain Rotational Analyst targets recent college graduates to build Supply Chain talent and organizational bench strength through a two to three-year rotational program. The program offers an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their careers to learn the many facets of both Supply Chain and Charter Manufacturing.

Concentrated Rotational Areas:

• Procurement
• Supply & Demand Planning
• Transportation
• Supply Chain Transformation

Rotational Program Structure:

• 3 Rotations at 10 months long each
• Potential short-term relocation to: Charter Casting (Woodstock, IL or Shawano, WI) Charter Steel (Saukville, WI) & Charter Wire (Milwaukee, WI)
