Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking candidates for a 24-month accelerated Engineering Operations Rotation program in the United States. You will complete two rotations across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to leadership.

You will lead and support operational projects, apply Lean and Six Sigma tools, analyze data to close gaps, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Graduation by Spring/Summer 2027; available to begin full-time by July 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
  • Relocation within the United States for rotations and post-program placement is required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Must obtain degree and be available to begin full-time by July 2027
  • Senior with strong academic performance; anticipated graduation of Spring/Summer 2027
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Prior experience (internships, co-ops, or full-time) in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain
  • Must be able to relocate within the United States for rotations and post-program placement
  • Flexibility to work in manufacturing environments (plant, shop floor, etc.)
  • Eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization
  • 1+ years of relevant experience (internship, co-op, or professional experience) preferredDemonstrated leadership experience
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools
  • Export-control eligibility as a U.S. Person or ability to qualify for an applicable license
