Job summary

Knauf Insulation North America is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Operations to lead short-term execution and day-to-day production scheduling across the network. You will supervise the production planning team and align Planning, Procurement, Transportation, Customer Service, and Plant Operations on service, supply, capacity, and inventory priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in production planning and scheduling within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Minimum three years of managerial or supervisory experience overseeing employees or departments.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning team and set priorities across the network.
• Coordinate near-term supply chain execution across Planning, Procurement, Distribution, Customer Service and Operations.
• Oversee production scheduling to meet service levels, inventory targets and plant efficiency.
• Monitor key KPIs (OTIF, backlog, lead time, inventory risk) and drive improvements.
• Standardize and improve short-term execution, escalation, and scheduling routines.
