  • Maintain visibility on key execution KPIs, including OTIF, backlog, lead time, schedule adherence, material availability, inventory risk, premium freight, and default plant deviations.
  • Track performance trends, identify recurring execution failures, and lead root cause analysis across functional interfaces.
  • Drive corrective actions to closure and ensure transparency on business impact, ownership, and timing.
  • Monitor execution discipline and promote improved adherence to planning, deployment, and operational standards across the network.
Process, Governance, and System Improvement
  • Standardize and improve short-term execution, escalation, communication, and scheduling routines across the network.
  • Strengthen governance, handoffs, and decision-making across Planning, Procurement, Distribution, Customer Service and Operations.
  • Support the transition to a more integrated end-to-end supply chain operating model.
