Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling is seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain feasible production schedules balancing customer demand with capacity and inventory targets. The role serves as the central link among Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and smooth production flow.

Responsibilities include translating forecasts into executable plans, optimizing capacity and changeovers, and maintaining ERP parameters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of production planning or master scheduling experience.
• Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Optimize schedules to balance capacity, labor, materials and equipment constraints.
• Communicate schedule changes and risks to stakeholders clearly.
