Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Studies or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective interpersonal and time management.
• Ability to manage tasks and shifting priorities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating pulp production schedules to maximize machine utilization and meet delivery needs.
• Ensure accuracy of customer and order information, validate specs and dates against capabilities.
• Provide timely updates to customers, global sales teams, and logistics on order status, schedules and shipping plans.
• Support weekly sales forecasts and three-month outlook; prepare reports for planning and decision-making.
• Assist with month-end inventory and financial close reporting; reconcile inventory data.
• Prepare materials for weekly Sales & Operations Planning calls with cross-functional updates.
