Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in Supply Chain/Ops
• 2+ years in team leadership/operational supervision
• Experience managing high-volume workflows and coordinating multiple teams
• Ability to manage priorities and service levels in a fast-paced environment
• Experience analyzing performance data and translating insights into improvements
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability
• Experience developing operational reporting and dashboards
• Strong workflow management and continuous improvement practices

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Supply Chain operations including order flow, backlog management, vendor coordination, workflow optimization, and fulfillment execution.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Operations, Quality Control, Customer Service, Fulfillment, and external partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, volume trends, and service level indicators to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards using advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Manage workload allocation and resource planning across teams.
• Provide hands-on operational leadership and resolve escalations affecting order flow and fulfillment.
• Lead operational team meetings and cross-functional reviews with stakeholders.
• Manage team development including onboarding, training, coaching, and accountability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and strengthen controls.
• Establish and reinforce operational standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on planning and initiatives.
