• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in supply chain management/procurement software and tools.
• Ability to manage time and organize priorities.

Responsibilities

• Secure the materials and supplies the company needs to complete essential business functions.
• Manage the flow of goods, resources, and information in the supply chain to ensure effective operations and achievement of organizational goals and KPIs.
• Implement strategies to optimize the supply chain and improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
• Design purchasing strategies that ensure constant availability of inventory within budget.
• Lead coordination activities with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks or problem areas in the supply chain to maintain smooth operations.
• Daily monitoring of inventory levels and project which items and materials need to be replenished.
• Monitor suppliers and service providers for quality and performance, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement best practices in supply chain management.
