Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is offering a paid internship for undergraduate or graduate students in a hands-on wholesale grocery environment. You will work in a department, supporting daily operations, preparing presentations, and collaborating on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing during internship.
• Majoring in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or related programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks within the assigned department.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas and insights.
• Aid in enhancing department tools, templates and methodologies.
• Gain exposure to department functionalities.
• Develop professional relationships across departments.
• Complete special projects as assigned by manager.
• Deliver an end-of-internship presentation showcasing learning objectives.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership and cross-functional partners on productivity projects.

• Complete an end‑of‑internship presentation to showcase the completion of learning objectives
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership and cross‑functional partners on projects designed to improve productivity, streamline operations, and increase capacity
• Work with a variety of business partners including Warehouse and Corporate Leadership

• 12‑week internship from May to August

We’re searching for interns that are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university
• In good academic standing, with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0
• Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing at the time of the internship
• Currently majoring in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations or similar programs
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite of products preferred
• Effective communicators, both verbally and in writing
• Able to think outside of the box and solve problems
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Are organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Curious, and bring initiative and willingness to learn and contribute
