Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Supply Chain Data Specialist to own SAP master data changes across our Light Duty and Heavy Duty segments. You will process mass-maintenance requests via Winshuttle/Precisely Automate Studio and manage the Power Automate and SharePoint intake portal.

Key focus on data accuracy, auditability, and cross-functional collaboration as the role evolves with automation maturity toward oversight and analytics within Supply Chain Systems.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency with advanced formulas, data validation, and large data sets.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint to support/extend existing solutions.
• Proven accuracy and self-direction on high-volume transactional work.
• Ability to reject non-conforming work and defend decisions to stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication across team boundaries.
• Familiarity with SAP material master maintenance within first months.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily master data changes across LD and HD using Winshuttle templates.
• Own the full request lifecycle: intake, validation, execution, confirmation, closure.
• Validate submissions for completeness and accuracy before posting; reject non-conforming requests.
• Maintain records for audit and resolve failed or partial runs.
• Manage the Power Automate and SharePoint intake portal and improve validation and routing.
• Act as primary contact for planning, procurement, and operations on master data changes.
• Translate business intent to system execution and report on volume, throughput, and errors.
