Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Supply Chain Data Specialist to manage master data change requests and intake processes. You will ensure accuracy, control, and timely execution across the LD and HD segments, while coordinating with planning, procurement, and operations.

You will own the intake portal, improve validations, and help users self-serve by improving routing, notification, and status visibility. Strong ERP and SAP familiarity is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, master data, ERP operations, or related analytical function.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily master data change requests across LD and HD using Winshuttle templates.
• Own the full request lifecycle: intake, validation, execution, confirmation, closure.
• Serve as the control checkpoint; ensure completeness and accuracy before posting.
• Judge whether changes achieve intended planning outcomes and escalate issues.
• Maintain records to evidence control for audits.
• Resolve failed postings and address systemic issues with leadership.
• Apply segment-specific handling for LD and HD workflows.
