Job summary

Dorman Products is hiring for a Specialist, Supply Chain Master Data Execution to manage master data change requests and ensure accurate postings across LD and HD segments. You will own intake portals, validate requests, and coordinate with planning, procurement, and operations.

The role requires strong Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint skills, and the ability to defend decisions with stakeholders while handling high-volume data.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency with advanced formulas, data validation, Power Query.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint in production solutions.
• Ability to work accurately on high-volume transactional work under sustained demand.
• Ability to reject non-conforming work and defend decisions when needed.
• Strong communication across team boundaries and translating requirements to technical owners.
• Familiarity with SAP material master maintenance or equivalent ERP processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the existing Power Automate and SharePoint intake and notification portal: flow health, list structures, forms, and permissions.
• Extend front-end validation to catch non-conforming requests at submission.
• Improve routing, notification, and status visibility for self-service request state.
• Keep flows, schemas, and dependencies documented for continuity.
• Act as primary contact for planning, procurement, and operations on master data changes.
• Translate between business intent and system execution to resolve mismatches before posting.
• Report on submission volume, throughput, and error rates to inform capacity decisions.
