The Supply Chain Manager will manage the sourcing strategy and implementation of the Semi cabin for 100+ stamping parts and assemblies, responsible for introducing our supplier partners with the right capacity and technological capabilities.

What You'll Do

1. Owner of RFQs and contract management - ensure Non-Disclosure Agreements, General Terms & Conditions, Piece Price Agreements, and other related contracts are negotiated, agreed upon, and documented before business initiation.
2. Support our Structure Engineering teams & supplier partners in sourcing direct supply chain components & parts.
3. Manage the commercial relationship with supplier partners, responsible for price negotiations, supply continuity, and risk mitigation.
4. Drive cost efficiencies through contract negotiations, VAVE initiatives, and design changes.
5. Monitor industry trends, track technology roadmaps, and collaborate with Design Engineering to introduce optimal materials, processes, and technologies.
6. Communicate effectively with Tesla’s Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, operations, and supply quality engineers to ensure successful vehicle launches.

What You'll Bring

1. Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent experience demonstrating exceptional ability.
2. 2+ years of experience in supply chain or commodity management related to metal stamping.
3. Technical and commercial understanding of tooling and manufacturing processes in metal forming is preferred.
4. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Expected Compensation

$82,800 - $151,920 annually + stock awards + benefits. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and other factors. Details provided upon offer.
