Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in supply chain or materials management.
• Experience supporting plant operations, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of MRO procurement and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team including the Category Manager for MRO, Inventory Manager, and Supply Chain Analysts.
• Build inventory standards, governance, and processes to support field operations.
• Lead readiness for commissioning, startup, and ongoing plant operations.
• Oversee MRO category strategy, supplier management, and SLA performance.
• Drive inventory accuracy, working capital efficiency, and data-driven improvements.
