Job summary

Fervo Energy, based in Houston, TX, seeks a Supply Chain Manager, Operations to own inventory management, MRO category strategy, and procurement support for commissioning and plant operations.

You will build the inventory system, governance, and team capabilities to scale across facilities, partnering with Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, IT, and field operations to ensure material availability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, inventory, MRO, or materials management.
• Experience supporting plant operations, commissioning, or maintenance environments.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle; strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team including the Category Manager for MRO, Inventory Manager, and Supply Chain Analysts.
• Own readiness for commissioning, startup, and ongoing plant operations.
• Develop supply chain readiness plans and supplier onboarding processes.
• Define inventory standards, service levels, and governance across sites.
• Drive inventory accuracy and working capital efficiency through dashboards and controls.
