Responsibilities

• Lead the Inventory Control & Systems Specialist and procurement support teams.
• Ensure accurate inventory visibility across Beck facilities via cycle counts.
• Oversee discrepancies between system inventory and physical counts in ERP systems.
• Support procurement execution and vendor communications to minimize disruptions.
• Improve purchasing workflows and SOPs for efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, accounting, and operations to resolve system issues.
