Qualifications

• 5+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• 3+ years supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design data solutions to answer business questions with stakeholders.
• Build network design recommendations and AI dashboards.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and improvements.
• Improve reports and dashboards for speed, accuracy, usability.
• Analyze historical trends to inform planning and forecasting.
