Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in New York is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, execution, and optimization of the Consumables supply chain. You will drive high-impact projects, collaborate with Retail, Supply Chain, and Vendors, and influence internal and external teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on improving customer experience through data-driven decisions, with duties including demand and production planning, and cost-structure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional or military experience.
• 3+ years of Excel experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning.
• Monitoring, analyzing and owning Vendor Key Performance Indicators such as: Out of Stock rate, Total Inbound lead time, confirmation rates, including presenting insights, themes and trends to Senior Leadership team.
• Strategically analyzing production and delivery lead-times, while optimizing operational excellence inputs such as EDI adoption, PO confirmations, efficient receive processes, and inventory placement.
• Spearheading initiatives to enhance cost structure and profitability, collaborating closely with partner teams to ensure successful execution.
