The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in inventory management and a preference for Fishbowl Inventory users. Qualifications

• Manage all instrument and parts shipments; maintain shipping supplies.
• Create sales/transfer orders and enter tracking in Fishbowl.
• Coordinate shipments with service and sales teams.
• Support production by generating and processing manufacturing orders.
• Assist in forecasting future purchases.

Job Overview

We’re looking for an organized and proactive Inventory & Supply Chain Manager to manage inventory, purchasing, and shipping using Fishbowl (integrated with QuickBooks). You’ll support production, service, and sales teams by ensuring the right parts are ordered, stocked, and shipped on time.
