Job summary

LHH is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to recruit an experienced Supply Chain Manager who will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and continuous improvement. This hands-on leadership role demands building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in procurement, inventory planning, forecasting, logistics, and supplier management.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP, or similar) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, sourcing, planning, inventory management, logistics, and transportation activities.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, service levels, cost performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage supplier relationships and establish performance metrics, scorecards, and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives throughout the supply chain organization.
• Oversee demand planning, scheduling, and material flow to support production and on-time customer delivery.
• Build, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and overall operational performance.
