Job summary

Ashworth Awards is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Clerk for on-site work in North Attleboro, MA. You will support purchasing, inventory, logistics, and shipment coordination across departments and with vendors to ensure timely, accurate materials and orders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, inventory, or related field.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• Experience with purchase orders, vendors, inventory, shipping, or receiving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or similar ERP/inventory systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain purchase orders for materials, supplies, and needs.
• Communicate with domestic and international vendors on pricing, availability, specs, and delivery.
• Research and compare vendors for quality, pricing, reliability, and lead times.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate shipping schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material needs with production.
