Job summary

Ashworth Awards is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Clerk to support purchasing, inventory, logistics, and shipment coordination. You will work across departments with vendors, carriers, and suppliers to ensure materials are ordered accurately, tracked closely, and delivered when needed.

This role requires 3+ years in purchasing or logistics, proficiency with ERP systems, and strong communication. The position is on-site with a consistent full-time schedule at our North Attleboro, MA

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; additional experience may be considered.
• Experience with purchase orders, vendors, inventory, shipping, or receiving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or another ERP/inventory management system preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Vendor Management: Create and maintain purchase orders; communicate with vendors; compare quotes and monitor open POs.
• Logistics & Shipping: Track shipments; maintain shipping schedules; verify invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Inventory & Materials: Monitor inventory levels; maintain records; inspect incoming materials; coordinate material needs with production.
• Administration & Cross-Department Coordination: Maintain purchasing records; assist with import/export documentation; reconcile invoices; enter data in NetSuite/Oracle; collaborate with Sales, Production, Shipping, Receiving, Finance.
