Reporting to the Director of Change Management, you will partner with functional leaders and project teams to design programs based on adult learning principles and aligned with priorities. This role emphasizes structured onboarding, content governance, and measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or related functions.
• Experience designing and facilitating training for adult learners in professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Supply Chain career development programs and establish measurable progression pathways.
• Plan, facilitate, and improve department-wide training programs, including AI adoption training and professional skills sessions; collect data for reporting.
• Build onboarding frameworks and knowledge resources to support employee growth and development.
