Job summary

Shaw Industries in Dalton, Georgia, offers a two-year Supply Chain Development Program with four six-month rotations across core supply chain areas. The Spring cohort starts January 11th and the Fall cohort in July 2027, including onboarding and mentorship to develop future leaders.

Participants gain hands-on experience in logistics, sourcing, planning, and related functions, with housing assistance provided and a clear path to leadership within Shaw's supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, industrial engineering or related discipline.
• Ability to relocate (assistance provided).
• Internship/general work experience much preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-year program with four six-month rotations across key supply chain groups.
• Complete 9–12 week onboarding with business acumen and leadership training.
• Develop communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills through rotational assignments.
