• Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5; full-time student status highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite in Shaw's manufacturing operations facilities in an engineering capacity.
• Participate in rotating or sequential semesters with mentor guidance and project assignments.
• Apply knowledge to real-world facility projects and develop engineering skills for a full-time role after graduation.
