Job summary

Qnity seeks a seasoned supply chain leader to guide its global semiconductor planning, spanning demand, supply, and inventory management. You will shape IBP maturity, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver resilient, cost-efficient operations.

Partnering with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance, you will champion digital planning platforms, lead governance, and deliver measurable improvements in service levels and capital efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a relevant field and 20+ years of leadership in supply chain or planning.
Deep IBP, demand & supply planning, inventory management, and execution experience.
Experience guiding enterprise-scale transformation and executive stakeholder alignment.
MBA or advanced degree preferred; IBP/S&OP/S&OE maturity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead global Semiconductor supply chain, including demand, supply, inventory, and fulfillment.
Develop and execute strategies to enable growth, service, and working capital goals.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Operations, Commercial, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Product Development.
Spearhead digital transformation, including OMP and advanced planning tech adoption.
Oversee IBP strategy and governance across demand, supply, inventory, reconciliation, and exec reviews.
Improve forecast accuracy, scenario planning, and planning discipline enterprise-wide.
Establish metrics, rhythms, and governance to improve execution and accountability.
Develop risk mitigation and resilience for global supply continuity.
Build organizational capability through talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
Advise executive leadership on supply chain strategy and readiness.

Job description

Lead the global Semiconductor supply chain organization, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, customer fulfillment, and supply chain execution
Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business growth, improve service levels, reduce costs, and optimize working capital
Partner across Operations, Commercial, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Product Development to align plans, priorities, and business objectives
Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption and optimization of OMP and advanced planning technologies
Lead Qnity's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) strategy and governance across demand, supply, inventory, reconciliation, and executive business review processes
Advance forecast accuracy, scenario planning, decision-making quality, and planning discipline across the enterprise
Establish performance metrics, operating rhythms, and governance processes that improve execution, accountability, and business outcomes
Develop risk mitigation strategies that strengthen supply continuity and resilience in a dynamic global environment
Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on supply chain strategy, planning performance, business risk, and operational readiness

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field
20+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, operations, or planning within semiconductor, electronics, advanced materials, or high-tech manufacturing environments
Proven success leading complex global supply chain organizations and enterprise-wide transformational initiatives
Deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, customer fulfillment, and supply chain execution
Strong financial and business acumen with demonstrated success balancing revenue growth, service, inventory, cost, risk, and working capital objectives
Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving results across highly matrixed global organizations
Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and talent development capabilities
Experience with ERP systems, advanced planning platforms, and supply chain analytics tools
Sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future
MBA or other advanced business or technical degree (preferred)
APICS CPIM and/or CSCP certification (preferred)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred)
Experience advancing IBP, S&OP, or S&OE maturity in a global multi-business environment (preferred)
SAP and OMP planning system experience (preferred)
